WithinReach Welcomes Three Inspiring New Board Members

This September, WithinReach is thrilled to welcome three exceptional leaders to our Board of Directors. Each brings a unique blend of professional expertise, community commitment, and personal passion for our mission to build healthy, equitable communities across Washington. We are honored to have them join us and excited for the impact they will make.

Keyuna Evans

Keyuna Evans is Principal Corporate Counsel at Microsoft, where she provides legal guidance to the Commercial Marketing Business with a focus on Data and Artificial Intelligence. Her career spans both law and engineering, having previously held senior roles in privacy, advertising, and patent law, as well as engineering and quality positions at Chrysler, Ford, and Federal Mogul.

Keyuna holds degrees in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, and Law, and is a dedicated educator and speaker. She teaches at the University of Washington School of Law and has served on multiple boards including the Heidelberg Project and University of Detroit Mercy Law School. Recognized as one of Washington’s Top 50 Women Leaders by Women We Admire, Keyuna brings a powerful combination of technical insight, legal expertise, and community leadership to WithinReach.

Karlie LeClair

Karlie LeClair is a Financial Advisor and Financial Planning Specialist with the Pacific Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. She co-leads the team’s not-for-profit practice, helping mission-driven organizations build sustainable, values-based portfolios that support long-term impact.

A Seattle native and University of Puget Sound graduate, Karlie is deeply rooted in community service—a value instilled in her from a young age. She lives in Ballard with her partner and dog, Finley, and enjoys staying active through sports like golf and volleyball. Karlie’s passion for nonprofit work and her commitment to helping communities thrive make her a natural fit for WithinReach’s board.

Sarah Miller

Sarah Miller serves as Chief Application Officer in IT Services at UW Medicine, where she leads teams responsible for optimizing and supporting enterprise healthcare applications, including the Epic EHR system. With 25 years in healthcare IT, Sarah has held leadership roles at Northwestern Medicine, Kaiser Washington, and MultiCare.

Sarah earned her engineering degree from the University of Illinois and began her career at Epic Systems Corporation. Outside of work, she enjoys theatre—especially performances featuring her daughter, a musical theatre student—and hiking in the Cascades with her dog, Daisy. Sarah volunteers at the University District Food Bank and Treehouse and is excited to deepen her community impact through her first nonprofit board role at WithinReach.

We are grateful to Keyuna, Karlie, and Sarah for joining our board and bringing their talents, perspectives, and energy to our work. Their leadership will help us continue to innovate, grow, and serve families across Washington with compassion and purpose.
