WithinReach hosts this forum quarterly in collaboration with DSHS and other partner organizations that do Basic Food outreach and enrollment in our communities. The Basic Food Education Forum (BFEF) is a platform for agencies assisting clients with the Basic Food (food stamps) program to meet and network with others about common issues and strategies to promote Basic Food enrollment.

Our upcoming Winter forum will focus on a variety food security topics, information, and resources. Additional topics include:

  • DSHS updates
  • Washington Connection overview
  • DSHS – Immigration Deep Dive
  • BFO Subcontractor highlight: Skagit County Public Hospital District No. 304
  • And more to come!

The agenda will be sent to registered attendees the day before the forum. This BFEF will be recorded. The recording and the presentations given during the forum will be posted after the forum.
