WithinReach is hosting a free, weeklong virtual event series called Food Access is Community Care. We hope to spotlight and center an intersectional lens and approach to what we mean when we say “access” and “community care” when it comes to food and beyond.

Over the course of the week, you will hear from many community organizers who will cover topics such as the future of food, food justice, why culturally appropriate food is key to liberation, food sovereignty, and so much more. Each day of the event will consist of 30–60-minute conversations, interviews or classes with one of the speakers. The event is free to attend and open to all community members. We hope that you can attend as many sessions as you feel called to!
