Thursday, Oct. 22 | 12:00 p.m. PT | Virtual Lunch & Learn

Join us for WithinReach’s Annual Impact Update: Gather. Ground. Grow., a 60-minute virtual Lunch & Learn where we’ll share highlights from the FY2026 Impact Report and celebrate the people, partnerships and systems that make this work possible.

This year, we’re taking a closer look at Food Access and the many ways WithinReach and our partners are working to make support easier for families to find. You’ll hear real-world stories from across our work, including a Help Me Grow Washington Resource Navigator, a statewide health care partner and members of the WithinReach leadership team.

Together, we’ll explore how our holistic approach connects families to essential food, health and child development resources, what we’re learning through partnerships across Washington, and how those insights are helping strengthen systems of support.

Come gather with us, reflect on the impact we’ve made together and see where we’re growing next.

Meet the speakers

Sharon Silver — CEO, WithinReach

Sharon will welcome attendees and share how this year’s Impact Report reflects WithinReach’s three-part approach: We Support Families. We Support Systems. We Support Change.

Brandon Hallock — Help Me Grow Washington Resource Navigator, Content Center

Brandon will share a story from his work connecting families with resources and how a single conversation about food can open the door to broader support.

Monica Salgaonkar — Associate Director, Quality & Leadership Programs, Washington State Medical Association

Monica will share why food access matters to health care and what led WSMA to partner with Help Me Grow Washington to address food access.

Lark Kersterke — Help Me Grow Washington Network Director

Lark will explore how statewide partnerships and shared learning can turn what we hear from families and communities into stronger connections and broader systems change.
